His story with Vankor has been going on for 13 years ... Your exit to the BIS, Mr. Bush. The chiefs of the workshops of the oil and gas production department at the fields of the Vankor cluster have always been hot. It is rarely like this: find a couple of minutes to communicate with a journalist, but we were lucky. Rail Khalimullin, on the way to the current bush sites, shared the features of his work, the workshop plans and talked about what Vankor began for him and what was the day of August 21.

It’s like at a concert - your exit to the BIS ... - It is practically that. At the once equipped bush platforms, drilling rigs again came under the program of compacting drilling wells. There is a seal of drilling grid. Thus, the maximum economic effect is achieved - we will produce more oil from the same bush site. As you know, over time, the wells are flooded, become unprofitable.

And one of the effective methods of renovation of the field is the compensation for oil production by increasing the number of wells. The experiment turned out to be successful and now multi -tower wells are found on almost every bush platform. Why is the new method better? Now on Vankora the actual branching of the horizontal barrel of the well, which includes one main horizontal area with five side trunks, each - up to meters long.

This method of arranging a well increases the drainage zone, allows you to increase the rate of production of reserves and thereby increase the oil extraction coefficient. Although he has it on Vankor and so one of the high in the country. I must say: domestic machine builders coped with the task of oil workers with honor, manufacturing and putting on time such complex products in oil and gas engineering.

The new modernized drill installation combines all the most optimal qualities of the best produced drilling plants of past years. And they perform difficult tasks. This year we drill an additional three new bush sites. Drilling of operational wells in existing deposits is a permanent process. Modern technologies help us, which from the very foundation are constantly being improved on Vankora.

The work is complex, difficult, requires the complete return of all forces. But then, of course, patriotic feelings are connected: I know, the field is good, powerful, grandiose. While you work on the watch, you don’t think somehow than it is so attractive. Then, at a distance from him, you realize its scale and significance. I think so all the employees of our team.

At the end of the year, we plan to expand the composition of the staff. Given the input of new wells according to the sealing drilling program at the Vankorsky field and the development of the boat deposit, which is also included in the sphere of our service, the state suggests from above a person by a year. Now the process of coordination to increase personnel is underway. We really need specialists.

We are together since the year, for 13 years now. I remember my first day on the shift. It was the end of August, a rainy day. From the helicopter we drove just this road that leads from the first bush, the road was loose - the shift was constantly knitting down the belly in the sand. Previously, in other deposits, where I worked before Vankora, I got to the site on concrete.

And here, I think: where did I go?! Only then, on Vankor-Lux is this the first residential town on Vankora, consisting of several residential cars-domes on wheels-ed. This everywhere will restore order. So the first impressions of Vankor were not rainbow, the severity of these northern harsh places and the upcoming scale of work were remembered. Now all these difficulties are difficult to imagine the youth who comes to watch.

And then 8 people lived in wagons, and the bathroom was on the street. But nothing stopped us, we, working, overcame all the difficulties. True, during an intermediary rest I was drawn to my native lands, I was very bored then. There is a family, two daughters - 7 years and 3.5 years. Waiting, of course. I see myself in the future next to them, I want to take part in their upbringing.

But today I am where I need it, I am performing labor duties. Vankor as a project, of course, is grandiose. Like everyone has advantages and some features. Then, at the beginning of construction, when they found out where I work, they said: “Mom is dear, this is so responsible! Such a deposit! The first experience in the country! Now these are already weekdays. With the guys in the oil industry, I quickly find a common language.

In addition, the basis of our team is specialists with many years of experience in the oil industry. Everyone knows: knowledge and professionalism is the basis of the foundations. The work is nervous-a plan, a plan, a plan ... and if there is no professionalism, honeness in actions, then such an employee will pull everyone down, the whole team. I have 52 bush platforms, more than 50 units of equipment and large staff, which must be promptly led.

Therefore, I understand that the main thing is to set priorities and control. I must be sure of them, in each, as in myself. And they must be united.If someone thinks: I only do my work, but as others-all the same, then this is not cohesion. And I try to talk about it with the guys. We have oil and gas production operators, and technologists, and geologists take first places at interregional professional competitions.

And this is preparation, practice. Training ... - Why was this profession chosen - oil industry? Most relatives are builders, drivers, economists. But where I grew up, it was the only promising institution, so I went. The tendency of the time that the profession is in demand is left. And now they go to the profession. I compare the professional standards, then I spend an interview.

I ask questions tricks: what, for example, can you be proud of in the last four years, what can be checked?

And I listen to the answers. Who talks about family affairs, others about working moments. So I analyze what the specialist is capable of. Is the new generation of oil workers in general interested in this? I want to note that few demonstrate a true interest in issues relating to the origins of the formation of Vankor, since current questions and daily tasks interrupt the desire of young people to “dig into history”.

However, I believe that in these matters, competence is only welcome. The first launches of wells more than tons per day allowed us to fully feel all the power and grandeur of the then little -known Vankor project. The trembling of fishing pipelines, the happy faces of the workers, proud of the successful commissioning of the wells in operation, do you remember this day?

What was he for you? The day, of course, is one of the key in the life of Vankor. It was he who determined the following, more dynamic stage of our activity - the introduction of the field into industrial development. Together with a symbolically neglected button, even more responsible tasks, strategic goals that allowed us to strictly move forward were formed, without retreating from the intended course.

On this day, I, like other workers, performed daily production tasks. The solemnity of the moment for all of us was in the awareness of involvement in the great collective work, the important and necessary of our country ... The Vankorsk field does not cease to open some new features and still surprise us, otherwise many of us would not work here.
