Khalik Shakirovich Zaimov was born on November 13 in the village of Sultaevo of the Chelyabinsk district of the Orenburg province, now the Sosnovsky district of the Chelyabinsk region, in the family of a peasant. From a year he studied at the Bashkir technical school of art in the violin class. In the year he entered the Bashkir studio at the Moscow Conservatory named after P.

Tchaikovsky in the class of composition, and then became a student at the main course of the conservatory. The beginning of the Great Patriotic War and the draft in the ranks of the Red Army interrupted his studies. From the year, Khalik Shakirovich served as a musician of the military orchestra of the Ufa garrison. After demobilization, he continued his classes at the conservatory, and upon completion of his studies in the year he returned to Ufa.

In these years, Khalik Zaimov, along with composer's creativity, gave a lot of effort to pedagogical activity as a director of a music school in the village of Lytkarino, Moscow Region, director of the Ufa School of Arts for Merits in the Development of the Musical Art of Bashkiria, the composer was awarded two orders of “Badge of Honor” and medals. Halik Zaimov made a significant contribution to the Bashkir opera-ballet, choral and instrumental music.

The composer’s name became widely known after the production of the opera and ballet of his opera Akbuzat in the Bashkir Theater-the first heroic-epic opera in the history of the musical theater of the republic, created in the Commonwealth with the Moscow composer Antonio Spada-keta on Libretto Sagita Miftakhov. The patriotic idea of ​​the work - the struggle of the protagonist Hauban for the happiness of the people - turned out to be extremely relevant during the war.

The musical and dramatic decision of the opera is dictated by the features of the plot, in which the epic, legend and lyrics are closely intertwined, giving rise to a peculiar ballet theatrical performance. The important milestone of the work of Khalik Zasnimov was the “black -faced” ballet in the genre of lyrical choreodrama, created in the Commonwealth with composer Alexander Chugaev.

The ballet staging took place in the year and was a great success. In the work of Khalik Zasnimov, instrumental music occupies a large place. His largest works are an overture for a large symphony orchestra, a suite "Youth", a concert overture, a suite for a small symphony orchestra, quartets and trio, suits. Of great interest of spectators and specialists were aroused by 24 preludes for piano, which were included in the constant repertoire of musicians and teachers.

Plays for children that attract gravity of melodics, memorable in a harmonious language and texture are very popular. “Six plays for children” and “Musical pictures” are particularly loved by the listeners. In the area of ​​the vocal lyrics of Khalik, Vyshny is dominated by the genres of songs, romance and choral music. The fame gained its processing of Bashkir folk songs for the voice and piano.
