These are summer schools for rural schools that we create on the basis of the village of Rodina in the Akmola region. Lead other small projects remotely.

You can make grandiose changes to society only through education. If we have a high -quality education, there will be qualified doctors, high -quality roads, professional engineers, cooks, technologists and so on. About present education, like all other areas, the education system throughout the world undergoes great changes. This is because technologies are developing rapidly.

If we talk about Kazakhstan, we have all the processes a little slower. Because there is a Soviet educational system, the methods by which our parents studied. And there are modern approaches. That is, there is a mixture of styles. And we have not yet found our own path in education. In our society, people understand the value of education. And this is a big plus. Parents are ready to invest in their children.

Even a family of average prosperity does not mind paying a significant amount for the education of a child, sending for training abroad, paying for various courses. Not all countries are given such priority. The minus is that in this pursuit of grades and ratings, children often remain unheard. At some point, an emotional connection with the child is lost. Another of the difficulties is crowded schools and classes.

Teachers simply do not have time to pay attention to each child. In this regard, American schools are different. They emphasize the development of emotional intelligence, teach children to understand and manage their emotions. For example, there are days when children should say all day how they feel. Another day, they should tell everyone “thank you”. It is customary to pay more attention to Hard Skills, missing “soft skills” and an emotional component.

Like all other areas, the education system around the world undergoes great changes in our school curriculum includes a tremendous volume of knowledge. But the child will not even remember most of this. Therefore, it is better to give less, but to present better. I will give an example from biology lessons. In the program of the subject there are insects, botany, human body and a lot of other.

But if you ask an adult that he remembers from biology lessons, most often he will only answer about stamens and pestles. Then what's the point of loading a child? If I could change this, I would leave in the program in biology only what to know vital for the child. For example, how the bodies work, why people are sick and how to provide first aid. At the moment, the role of the teacher has greatly changed about the future education.

If earlier the teacher was the only source of information, now the child receives most of the data from the Internet. A single teacher will be able to surpass the Internet. Therefore, you need to actively include technologies in the educational process. Here, in the States, I see how teachers, parents and students themselves are actively adapted to changes that occur in education and, in general, under a new reality.

They use modern technologies and various AI capabilities. And we still reject innovations. If the child has taken advantage of any system, we try to catch it on this. No need to be afraid of modern approaches. The use of technology will allow us to make the educational process more interesting. If earlier in the arsenal of teachers there was only a board, now we have various videos, animations, games.

In this case, it is necessary to focus on human qualities and values, on what technologies will not be able to transfer to the child. Artificial intelligence cannot feel emotions, the state of the child, he will not become a heart mentor for him. Because education is not only knowledge, it is also upbringing. If we can make a competent symbiosis of modern technologies and Soft Skills, emotional intelligence, then we, like a country, will greatly grow in all respects.

In the future, science items: biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics should be taught together. In the United States, this approach is already being used. The subject is called science - "science". In the lesson, certain phenomena are dismantled from the point of view of different sciences. Such an integrated approach allows you to better remember the material. Technologies, artificial intelligence will develop at increasing speed.

And we all have to adapt to new realities. It will be necessary to constantly and learn a lot, increase competencies, receive knowledge from different areas of life.Over time, knowledge and skills in the IT sphere will become as necessary and basic as the knowledge of the English language today. If earlier it took six years to develop the medicine, now it can be done in a year.

Because all processes are automated. The experiment, which used to take several months, thanks to robots and programs, is carried out in a couple of weeks.
