The Minister of Defense instructed to pay close attention to maintaining the health of personnel, the study of the personality and psychological characteristics of recruits, called up from April 1 to 30 to the urgent real military service by ordering the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, show a sensitive attitude to the process of their adaptation and, in a planned manner, conduct wires of military personnel who completed the service life.
