The boy grew up in a large family, Burak has four brothers and sisters. As a child, the boy loved to play football very much and dreamed of becoming a famous football player. However, the fate of the child was completely different. The beginning of the path of Burak's parents was his own restaurant, from where he had an interest in cooking. But the love of national Turkish cuisine, with its delicious pilaf and famous Kebab, Ozdemiro was instilled by his grandfather and grandmother, who had his own small cattle -beam.

Every summer he went to them and tried to learn this profession from his grandfather with his grandmother. The boy's father considered it right from an early age to teach the child to make money on his own. The business was so successful that it quickly began to expand. Two years later, the boy opened the second restaurant in the center of Istanbul. A year later, the third branch appeared. There he already has more than 63 million subscribers. Guests from all over the world come to the Turkish restaurant, including celebrities, including the American hip-hop singer Iggi Azalia, Russian fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov, Brazilian footballer Ronaldinho and many others.

Burak published rumors about oncology in May in his Tiktok account video, which forced his fans to worry. Ozdemir shared a photograph where he lies on a hospital bed. Users began to assume that it has a brain tumor. However, rumors were not confirmed by the sources close to Ozdemir, not by himself. At the beginning of the year, the arrival of Tashkent Burak toured in countries where he demonstrated the preparation of giant dishes and gave useful master classes.
