Form of participation full-time and correspondence.

During the work of the International Competition. Dolzhikov will be selected by participants for the All -Russian Consolidated Spiritual Orchestra named after Dolzhikov to the closing concert of the international competition-festival. The composition of the jury is formed from the faculty of leading universities in art and culture, scientists, musicologists and concert executors of Russia and abroad.

Klevitsky Alexander Leonidovich conductor, composer - Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, artistic director and chief conductor of a large concert orchestra named after Ella Olegovna! Accept congratulations on the upcoming contest-festival, which we always expect children, parents, teachers. Usually the competition was held at the spring school holidays, and then the dates moved a little.

Are there any reasons for this? Thanks for the congratulations, and I am glad to say that our competition will be held this year with the support of the presidential fund of cultural initiatives. Without this support, we could not realize many of our ideas, which today are safely realized, making our competition unique. This year, the transfer of terms to May turned out to be mainly due to organizational points, but to some extent, maybe for the better.

For many, this period turned out to be very convenient, because everyone was scolded in January and February, prepared their programs by the end of the year, and they will perform at the competition with the finished program. Perhaps we will fix these dates. At the previous competition there was a wonderful ensemble of young saxophonists from Crimea. Will the Crimeans today?

Yes, everyone will be. We communicate a lot with the regions, they have a great desire to act, develop. Despite everything, people try to come. In this situation, our competition offers the opportunity to take part in absentia. This format is objectively very convenient for everyone, no one is offended, and everyone will fully participate in auditions. What does the statistics of the current competition say?

How many applications, what tools prevail? The number of participants is still stable for us-a person every year. Flutes always lead, they never happen. This year there are a lot of saxophonists, more than 40 people. Drummers - more than 30 participants. Copper, as usual, keep in good mode. There are not many of them, but they are stable. With copper winds, we carry out the work of attracting the jury, and to attract teachers and participants from various regions.

This is, first of all, a way of introducing youth to study brass instruments. Copper wind instruments are a base, the basis of our competitive brass band. We make great efforts for this. From year to year we see progress. And without copper wind instruments, we will not survive, as they say, therefore we track these processes. What is the composition of the jury this year?

One of the jury members remained, someone new came to the composition. Through the jury, we are trying to attract various tools in one or another quantity, because this system should concern all directions and categories in a competitive competition. On the one hand, we have flexibility in this matter, on the other hand, there are stable partners who support us.

Alexander Leonidovich Klevitsky is constant and the main, one might say, beloved chairman of the jury of the whole competition. He monitors our development. In his face, I see an independent look and creative attitude to our competition and its participants. By the specialty, Klevitsky is a conductor, composer and pianist. It has a huge combination of musical professions. Under his flag we move forward.

Our regular partner of the Russian Musical Union contest, whose president is Alexander Leonidovich Klevitsky. Among the permanent partners of the competition are the Moscow State Association of Children's Arts of Arts "Kuskovo": Children's Children's School named after Shostakovich, DSHI them. Liszt, DMSH them. Budashkina, DSHI them. Last year, this association provided school for the competition.

Rimsky-Korsakov, this year-school. Shostakovich, with whom we once started cooperation. For 5 years now we have been cooperating with the chamber symphonic orchestra "Antonio-Orchestra" under the control of Anton Paisov. The soloists of the senior group "D", who went to the final, play their final tour, accompanied by an orchestra. What opportunities does the competition provide its winners?

Charity Fund for the Development of Culture. Dolzhikova conducts very broad activity. In addition to the competition, which is the main project, there are other undertakings - an Internet competition, creative schools, where children smoothly move from one project to another. They do this on their own initiative, independently and with great pleasure, not notifying us.We ourselves observe how they migrate from one project to another.

These processes have developed in a certain education-education. The tandem of our projects as a whole creates a positive atmosphere for the development of the child. Not that the competition took the winner and specifically placed it somewhere or directed it. Although such concretization is also not bad, and we are working on it. But today it looks more likely, like the access of children to good teachers, school, methods, so young musicians are next to us in many of our projects.

Through them, they have the opportunity to obtain master classes in person and online. Since our regular partner of the Symphony Orchestra "Antonio-Orchestra", our children have a great opportunity to perform with the orchestra during the year, take part in his concert programs. This is also a good bonus. This year, the concert agency of Ivan Dym is connected to us.

We came up with a joint project when our laureates, one or more, have the opportunity to give a solo concert in one of the leading concert halls in Moscow during the year. This is very important for the practice and development of solo performance in children. This is how we definitely support them. There are more than one generation of children, which grew up in our competition and creative schools, entered colleges and universities.

We observe their success, follow their creative life, and we put our efforts, our professional hand to this. This is very important. And how did the competition itself have grown over the past decade? What did he get? Firstly, of course, the competition has gained status and popularity. I, as an organizer and a person directly involved in organizing the competition, did not make any special efforts.

Or this is a reflection of the state of things in our society in the form of how, without any efforts, the competition has gained a positive and high-quality reputation for these 11 years. We have a large audience. It is nice when you will hear in passing someone: “Dolzhikov’s competition is very solid! And everyone is talking about it positively. At first, when the competition was born, there were many doubts.

From the outside I heard different skeptical statements. Now it is practically not present on our creative path. We are trying to do some extensions in our competition from year to year, we improve what is. The brass band, as it existed, continues to exist. We have thoughts to develop this even wider, come up with a system of cyclic concerts of a wind orchestra with a trip to different cities of Russia.

There are a lot of ideas in my head, another thing is the realization of all this. This year we have another innovation - we are making an international conference before the competition. There were great doubts about the participation of foreign figures.
