In the year, we began to collect our team - a chamber orchestra. It then existed as a private. We went to the Carmetic Railway, Zhezkazganztmet, performed in factories and factories. Ayman Kozhabekovna said that after the performance, Nursultan Nazarbayev praised both a concert and an orchestra. He became interested in fresh ideas for the development of culture and art: they say, I visited, I saw a lot.

She shared that wherever she performs, she loves to give master courses, she likes to transfer knowledge to the young generation and it would be great to open an international class institution in Almaty, where you can work with young talented musicians and prepare them for a big scene. At that time, no one knew about this - a year, March. But already in December, echelons stretched to Astana.

I thought that everyone would leave, and I would be left with my idea alone. But, fortunately, they remembered about me, ”Ayman continues. He called and said that my idea was supported and we must come to create an institution. I remember arrived on January 4 and so froze! I leave the airport, the street is a nightmare pan, and I’m always in an attack in Almaty in Almaty and here I still go like this, I do not change traditions.

I come to the square, where there was a government house then, there is akimat now. I get out of the car, and my hat - one! I say: what an interesting city, here the winds blow from all sides. But I’m not getting used to it, I studied in Moscow, I lived there for 10 years and loved to run along the embankment, in the parks - I lived in a hostel and started in the morning with a run.

But there the wind blew one way, but here - in everything! According to the artist, Akim supported the idea and proposed two buildings of the existing music school and school on Timiryazev Street to combine into one educational institution. It, of course, existed, but it was bad with financing, ”Ayman explains. Ayman Kozhabekovna with like -minded people organized a five -stage musical education system in the capital, which used to be in Kazakhstan, so that the most gifted students, starting with a secondary special music school, could continue their studies at college, undergraduate, magistracy, doctoral studies.

I remember our teachers received a tenge salary, ”says Ayman Kozhabekovna. In addition to bureaucratic procedures on the shoulders of the artist and her colleagues, the main concern lay down - to recruit students for a new institution. At the same time, we had only one hostel - a boarding school. Both teachers and management lived there with children, ”says Musakhodzhaeva.

In that hungry time, the team of teachers literally fed children, many of whom came to the capital from the auls. In an interview, sister Aiman ​​Raisa Kozhabekovna said that the students suffered from anemia, and their parents did not have money for normal food, not like a ticket to children to Astana. I had to take everything into my own hands. Raisa and I went to local cottages, gathered wounds with bags and also gave children in a boarding school.

It was necessary to survive, - says Ayman. Aiman ​​Kozhabekovna, brought up in an intelligent family, was nevertheless never afraid of everyday difficulties, no work. After school, we had dined, rested, and engaged in self -training. We were prepared for an independent life. By the way, this system of education is in England. True, they are laughing with rods, laughs.

On the contrary, we have a five -rat food, like an Olympic reserve, a boarding school for a person, tutors are engaged in each. We educate the elite, we must invest everything so that the children grow up with highly cultural, educated people. This is an expensive project. He supported the idea, but explained that the body should be pierced through the parliament.

And I went to the deputies, said that Astana should correspond to the status of the world capital, and we do not even have a large concert hall. But the organ is needed. They were against because there were not enough funds to purchase hayfields. She said that even during the war we created a conservatory and acquired tools - all that is necessary for the formation of our children.

And I am grateful to the deputies that they agreed. Now the main Alma Mater of the country for thousands of creative children, created by Ayman Musakhodzhaeva, is called the Kazakh National University of Arts. Here are prepared personnel not only for musical groups, but also for film production, theatrical, art. Many graduates of the Kazakhui have become famous all over the world.

Many graduates became managers in the akimats, head music colleges, create cultural centers in Europe. Over 30 years of independence, we have achieved both in education and in the culture of large peaks.And the fact that we have a university that is preparing such personnel is a great victory for Kazakhstan.
