In Kostyukovichi, she gained her second homeland and reached everything in life herself. In an interview, our heroine spoke not only about working everyday life, but also about simple human values. Where did you come from and how did fate bring you to Kostyukovichi?

After school, I entered the Rechitsky agricultural college, and then immediately to the third year of the Vitebsk Veterinary Academy. Here I met the future husband, who turned out to be from Kostyukovichi. We got married, and after graduating from the Academy we were distributed to work at the husband’s homeland. He is a big patriot of his little homeland and always wanted to return home.

I remember how for the first time I arrived by train at the Kommunara station and asked: “What bus number do we need to get to the city? Of course, Kostyukovichi is not the city that you fall in love with at first sight, but over time I fell in love with him, he became my family. For 20 years I have been living here, our children have been born here, I had friends and my favorite work at the Belarusian Cement Plant, where I came in the year.

At first I was a specialist in the certification of workers, and at the end of G was offered to the trade union committee. Sooner or later they will come in handy. Firstly, my first labor experience is work in the management of agriculture and food of the district executive committee. Secondly, when I worked as a specialist in certification at the BCZ, I also needed this knowledge.

And now I can easily find a common language with machine operators, livestock breeders and operators of the Zemagro machine milking. When I realized that I would most likely not work all my life in agriculture, I received the second higher education in the specialty "Economist" at the Gomel Trade and Economic University.

I respect women with respect for whom the house and family are becoming a life priority, but I am still sure that it is professional activity that really fills a person’s life, makes it self-sufficient, allows you to develop, keep in tone, forms a circle of communication. People who are passionate about their business are more persistent - easier to endure any troubles, everyday hardships.

Family, children never prevented me from doing work, because this is my personal decision, my choice. Do not get tired morally? The case forms a person, gives him the opportunity to earn the respect of others. If you are a professional, you will enjoy the fact that your work does the life of other people better. And a person can respect himself exactly when he has achieved something in life, not so much for himself as for others.

Tell us about her. We have one hundred percent membership. Many people think that the trade union is trips to the sanatorium and gifts to children for the New Year. But the trade union has other main goals - the protection of the labor rights and interests of people. Why is our trade union committee considered one of the best? Because the interests of the members of the trade union and the management of the enterprise coincide.

Last year, for our plant and the trade union committee, it was very successful. For the first time in the history of the enterprise, 2 million tons of cement were released. The factory workers worked and earned well. Everyone was paid prizes, people had the opportunity to improve themselves and go on excursions. We participated in many cultural and sporting events. And our trade union organization was marked by another high award.

I will not be modest and I will say that we are constantly celebrated both in the region and in the republic. And this is not my personal merit, but of the entire team and management of the enterprise. We look and work in one direction. Do you like the business style of clothing or does this require the dress code of the plant? Favorite color is blue. I don’t spend a lot of time on hairstyle and makeup.

If only for special occasions. But you always need to look good, neatly. It is nice to both you and others. And which woman does not want to remain beautiful well -groomed, able to like and surprise? Is it hard to bear the burden of the wife of the main person of the district? But we are strong personalities, everyone withstood, worked on ourselves. In general, marriage is a permanent job.

We must be able to compromise, be able to forgive. There are always periods of take -off and fall. I understood that, as the wife of the chairman, I was, as they say, under a constant sight. But I had no choice but to accept this fact. I remember how at first people, as if by chance, told me about their problems, voiced requests in the hope that I will discuss this with my husband at dinner.

But I quickly let everyone understand that not to contact me with such questions. I solve issues only of my professional activity, and as for the rest, there are personal techniques for the chairman of the district executive committee. Dima has always worked a lot, he is such a person - he treats any business with great responsibility, plunges into him with his head.

Children, house, family - this was my duty, because the day of the head of the district was painted by minute, and there is practically no time for household issues, home responsibilities.With my sons I have to be strict, because dad allows them a lot, thus compensating for his constant employment. Do they use their position of "golden" youth when dad is Big Bos and mom in their position?

I believe that boys, as future men, need to be brought up in severity, instilling in them responsibility for their words and actions, preparing for service in the army. In the morning I will boil them with the words: “Rota, rise! They know what male housework is, playing sports. They do not consider themselves “golden” youth, because my husband and I did not allow them to behave like that.

Yes, they themselves do not like any privileges, do not like when they are distinguished. The eldest son Vladislav, a graduate of the gymnasium, will go to a technological university. The younger Igor finishes the sixth grade. I try to support my sons in all their affairs and decisions, give them the right to choose. Probably because I did not have such an opportunity.

In my school years, I was a very active, artistic girl, was not afraid to perform in public, sang, participated in school life. When I told my parents that I wanted to be an artist, they did not support me, and insisted on entering a more “mundane” educational institution. My dream has not come true. But those qualities that are inherent in me since childhood came in handy now, when I became a trade union leader.

After all, a person needs a favorite hobby. I love to swarm in the ground. On a small area with our house, we have only six acres, we planted fruit trees, berry bushes, beds with vegetables and, of course, flowers - roses, petunias, marigolds, peonies ... They, like mines, sometimes do not even know where the flower will appear because I use every free place.

My favorite flowers are lilies and gladioli. I only know that changes should take place in life, and that's right. Sooner or later, everything comes to an end, and a new road begins. By the way! According to the results of work for the year, the chairman of the primary trade union organization of the Belarusian Cement Plant OJSC, Ekaterina Malashenko, was recognized as the best trade union leader of the Belarusian trade union of construction and building materials industry and entered the board of honor.
